Good morning friends. I am still thinking of you, so for Day 5 of sharing, I would like to show you this group of old photos of children with toy horses.
And here is a small one for you. I think that one day I will further reduce this one in size and use it in a piece of jewelry. What do you think?
This last one would be lovely in a piece of jewelry! I say, go for it. Rocking horses, toy horses or ponies...such a staple when we were children. I remember sitting on mine and going back and forth with the springs. Wonder whatever happened to it? Other than that we had a stick with a horse head and a handle and rode it around the house -- our two legs making it work. Simple toys were always the best.
Hello! My name is Sue, and I am a wife, mother and grandmother with a love of all things vintage. I enjoy trying to put creative touches on all that I do.
You can reach me at: phoebesperch@aol.com.
Go ahead and pin anything that you like! I am also flattered to think that you might like something well enough to use it for something other than Pinterest. If you do, I would appreciate a comment. Most of the vintage items that I offer as "freebies" are very old and I am sure beyond any copyright restrictions. If I use anything that is not old, and it is not mine, I credit it accordingly, and you should do the same. Thank you.
